I have been using this Nothing smartwatch for a month, which you can get for 4500 INR, but I bought it for 4000 INR during Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale.

In terms of appearance, this watch looks quite normal, similar to other watches in the 3000–4000 INR range. It has the same square design, a metal frame, and a plastic back.

After a month’s experience, I realized that this watch is similar to other smartwatches, but there are two special features that make this smartwatch better compared to others.

Reason 1: Display & OS

It comes with a 1.96-inch display, which you can find in other smartwatches in this price range, but what makes it stand out is its 60Hz display, which enhances the overall UI experience with smooth scrolling and better touch response.

Other smartwatches in this range usually have a 30Hz display, which can feel a bit laggy.

Another special feature is that Nothing has developed its own OS for this watch, which is quite similar to that of the Nothing Phone.

Reason 2: Health & Fitness

In this price range, the health sensors in other smartwatches often seem fake, and I had high hopes that Nothing would not resort to such tactics with their watch.

To test its health sensors, I went to the park and took an oximeter with me to compare and see how accurate it is.

Initially, at a normal heartbeat, I compared the Nothing Watch with the oximeter. The Nothing Watch showed 124 BPM while the oximeter displayed 130 BPM.

Then, I ran to increase my heartbeat and checked the results again. This time, the Nothing Watch showed 154 BPM and the oximeter showed 153 BPM, so the results are pretty accurate.

The health sensors in this watch seem genuine, and in terms of accuracy, I would rate it 8 out of 10.

Other Features You Get in this Watch:

  1. SPO2
  2. Sleep Tracking
  3. Stress Monitor
  4. Breath Training

Final Thoughts

Overall, this watch offers all the features that you would expect in smartwatches of this price range, such as AOD (Always-on Display), Raise to wake, Bluetooth Calling, Voice Assistant, and more. What makes it the best among other smartwatches is that it provides a Better Display, better UI experience, and most importantly, genuine Health sensors.
